If you’d like to share feedback with our Customer Success team or ask a question, please contact us at team@askbosco.io. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

For more specific feedback or questions, it’s helpful to include examples and context where possible, such as screenshots, screen recordings, or videos.

To help us investigate quickly and accurately, please include the following where relevant:

  • Client name you’re reviewing

  • Dashboard or report name

  • Date range selected

  • Any filters applied (including platform, campaign, or metric filters)

  • A short description of the issue or question, including what you expected to see vs what’s happening

  • Screenshots or screen recordings clearly showing the issue

Providing this information upfront helps us resolve queries faster and avoids unnecessary back-and-forth.
