Shopify Sales Metrics Available in ASK BOSCO®

ASK BOSCO® provides a comprehensive set of Shopify metrics to help you analyse sales performance, profitability, product behaviour, discounts, and inventory levels. Please note that while most metrics in ASK BOSCO® will align closely with what is shown in Shopify, some have been standardised or adjusted to ensure consistency and improve reporting clarity across the platform.

Revenue Metrics

These metrics help you understand how much your store is generating and how revenue is structured.

  • Sales
    Sales based on the Sale Type that enables you to switch between Gross, Net and Total.
  • Gross Sales
    Total item revenue before discounts and returns.
  • Net Sales
    Sales revenue after discounts and refunds have been applied.
  • Total Sales
    Total spend of a customer (e.g. Net Sales + Taxes + Shipping).
  • Applied Discounts
    Total value of discounts applied to orders.

    Total monetary value refunded to customers.
