Post-Onboarding Handover Process
Once onboarding is complete, you’ll receive a confirmation email outlining how to access your account and sign in.

You can then expect a series of online or face-to-face training sessions, tailored to your confidence level, reporting needs, and preferences.
In most cases, the Customer Success team will arrange the following with you:
- 1-hour ASK BOSCO® Reporting Basics
- 1-hour ASK BOSCO® Reporting Advanced
- Ad hoc check-ins, as often as you need
- A 30-day “How are things going?” check-in
