Data Integration
Upon receiving access to your platforms, the ASK BOSCO® team will connect your data to our integrations and start downloading your data. We download a minimum 2 years of historical data if possible depending on the amount of data you have, or any API limitations put in place by marketing platforms. This process can take up to 24 hours.

Data Pipelines
Once your data has completed downloading, an automation takes place where we being cleaning and de-duplicating your data to make sure that it matches exactly what you expect to see from your marketing platforms. Automated checks make sure that we download all possible data so that there isn't any data gaps, discrepancies or missing historical data.
After this process has finished, we will map the data into a dataset that will power all the features of your ASK BOSCO® dashboard with pinpoint accuracy.
Reporting Suite
The newly created dataset, will inform which templated reports will be built for you depending on the data sources we have access to. You can expect to see a Website Performance Overview report, that shows site-wide performance across all channels. We provide channel specific reports for each channel you connect to during your onboarding.
You can also create your own reports using our Report Builder with access to the dataset that powers your dashboard. Don't worry, you can't break it so build and tweak to your heart's desire. You can find a glossary of the metrics included in the data set below.

The creation of your dataset and templated reports will take another 24 hours.
Quality Assurance
The final 24 hours of the process concludes with automated and manual QA on your data and dashboard to make sure everything looks and feels perfect for you. Here we make sure that features are working, data is matching and that your access is ready to be sent so that you can jump into your ASK BOSCO® dashboard.
