Connections Page in ASK BOSCO®
Take full control of your data sources — connect, monitor, and manage everything in one place
The Connections page
The ASK BOSCO® Connections page gives you the ability to independently connect, monitor, and manage your data sources directly within the platform — no need to involve the ASK BOSCO® team.
From this page, you can:
- View all connected data sources and their current status (e.g. synced, paused, error)
- Browse the full library of available connectors
- Take actions including: connect, pause, resume, reconnect, delete, and configure
Connecting a data source
Browse all available connectors and connect new data sources directly from the page. Supported connectors include:
- Shopify
- GA4
- Google Ads
- Google Search Console (GSC)
- Meta Ads
To connect a new source, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the Connections page
- Click on your chosen connector

- Log in to the relevant platform and approve permissions
- Select which sites or accounts to include
- Data syncing begins automatically
Multi-account and multi-site connectivity
ASK BOSCO® supports flexible connectivity within a single instance:
- Connect multiple websites or properties under one account (e.g. multiple Shopify stores or GA4 properties)
- Connect multiple accounts per data source (e.g. a multinational brand linking several Google Ads accounts)
Managing your connections
The Connections page makes it easy to stay on top of all your data sources:
- Search and filter to quickly find specific accounts or connectors
- Filter by status to surface only the connectors with errors or warnings that need attention

- View diagnostic information and suggested steps to resolve any issues
- See last synced timestamps for each connector, so you always know how fresh your data is
Understanding connection statuses
Each connected data source displays one of the following statuses:
- In progress — connected, but data has not yet fully synced
- Synced — data is actively and successfully syncing
- Error — the connection has failed and needs attention
- Paused — data syncing has been manually stopped without disconnecting the source (useful if data is temporarily not needed)
Available actions
You can manage each connector directly from the Connections page using the following actions:
- Connect — initiate a new connection
- Pause — temporarily stop data syncing
- Resume — restart a paused sync
- Reconnect — re-authenticate a failed or disrupted connection
- Delete — remove a connector entirely
- Configure — manage which sites or accounts within a platform to include
Summary
The Connections page brings your data management fully in-house. Whether you're adding a new source, resolving a sync issue, or simply checking data freshness, everything you need is right there in the platform — no waiting, no back-and-forth.
